1. Return Window

Request an RMA within 14 days of delivery.
Ship-back the item within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

Item must be new, unused, in the original inner packaging, with all accessories and protective material.
Custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Minor handmade variations (colour, texture, brush-strokes) are normal and not considered defects.

The restocking fee covers quality inspection, repackaging and re-shelving.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email dingji_store@dingjilife.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll reply with your RMA number and return address.
Pack the lamp securely in its original inner box plus a sturdy outer carton (please don’t ship only in the gift box).
Use a trackable, insured carrier.
After inspection, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of return approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

6. Damages & Issues

Inspect your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours and attach clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help immediately.

7. Repair or Partial Compensation

For minor cosmetic issues, you may choose free repair guidance, a paid repair, or a partial refund instead of returning the lamp—just let us know which option suits you.

8. Transport Liability

Outbound shipping: DingjiLife is responsible for any transit damage to you.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the product until it reaches us; we strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed for dispatch. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.
