General Return Policy
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. However, for your convenience, you have up to 30 days to complete the return process.
Eligibility: Items must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable , and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
How to Make a Return

Prepare the Package: Make sure the item is well-packed in its original packaging with a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit. Please do not use the product-specific packaging as the outer box.
Ship the Return: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution.
For defects or damages, please provide photos of the item and the packaging to help us assess the situation and proceed accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom and Personalized Items: All custom-made products are final sal and cannot be refunded or returned.
Unique Handmade Variations: Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or design are normal and contribute to the unique charm of each item. These variations are not considered defects.
Repair or Compensation
For items with minor issues, we offer repair services or partial compensation as alternatives to returning the item. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
Transport Liability
Shipping to You: We are responsible for ensuring your order arrives in good condition. If there is any damage during transit, please notify us immediately.
Returning to Us: You are responsible for the condition of items being returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect your return.
